With some of our 50 pounds of freshly picked strawberries we (well, actually my youngest son) made our favorite strawberry bread. This bread is delicious warmed with cream cheese or just eaten alone.
- Grease and flour two 5×9 loaf pans.
- Combine dry ingredients.
- Stir in rest of ingredients until mixture is moist.
- Spoon batter into loaf pans.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 60 to 70 minutes or until done.
