I would be shocked if I ever completed one menu plan in a week. I’m looking at the menu below thinking I totally backtracked around this plan!
This was last week’s plan:
Monday: Crockpot Chicken Enchiladas, refried beans
Tuesday: Salad, fixins and chicken salad
Wednesday: Bacon, eggs, biscuits
Thursday: Suasage noodle skillet, broccoli cornbread
Saturday: BBQ Chicken
Sunday we had a vegetable salad with chicken salad and Monday I made my Crock Pot Lasagna. Tuesday was my Love Chicken and Wednesday I tried Broccoli Egg Muffins. This recipe was good but I didn’t grease the muffin tins enough and so it stuck. Ended up getting mad enough at the pan that I threw it away! That’s one way to get a decent muffin pan! Thursday was leftovers and Friday was a sausage noodle skillet my daughter makes with cornbread. Saturday night we had pizzas out of flatout wraps with salad. So there are the boring details of our week in meals!
Here is this week’s plan:
Monday: cubed steak, corn on the cob
Tuesday: chicken pot pie, roasted potatoes
Wednesday: 8-layer casserole
Thursday: beans and wienies, french fries
Friday: out of town (taking my son back to college ~sigh~)
Saturday: BBQ chicken
Anyone try any new recipes or have a family favorite I should try?
