FAQs about Pulled Pork Sliders

Pulled pork is an American barbecue dish, locally cooked in the south based on shredded barbecued pork shoulder.

Although the pork will make some of its own broth a good BBQ sauce makes a great addition!

A slow cooker (or crock pot as the brand name) is a delightful help when you use pork shoulder or boneless pork loin. By the time the dish is done you can shred the meat easily with a fork.
