Cornbread that's  never dry!

Ingredients

2 boxes Jiffy corn muffin mix 1 cup sour cream 3 eggs beaten 1/2 cup melted butter or margarine 1 tsp. salt 16 oz. can creamed corn undrained

Mix everything together in one bowl and pour into greased 9x12 dish. Bake at 375 for 30 minutes.

You can also make as muffins or in a cast iron skillet.
